Mubashar (مباشر) is a classifieds marketplace for property and vehicles located in Syria. You can start your search wherever you are; the location of the advertised property or car is what matters.
This is an English guide. The linked marketplace listings and browsing controls are in Arabic. Advertisers supply the listing details; this guide does not establish their accuracy or guarantee a transaction.
Property websites in Syria: start with the right listing scope
Choose whether you want to buy or rent before comparing properties. The following collections contain available listings from the relevant property categories. They include more than apartments: check the property type on each advertisement.
Select the governorate from the collection page to narrow the location. Open an advertisement to review its description, photographs, asking price and stated location. Availability and listing counts change; an absent result does not establish that a property type is unavailable across Syria.
Looking for a Syria real estate app?
In the Mubashar app, the current residential route is عقارات ← سكني (Property → Residential), followed by للبيع (For sale) or للإيجار (For rent). Listings appear after the transaction selection; there is no separate apartment choice at that step. Check each listing if you specifically need an apartment.
When comparing real estate apps in Syria, check the location, property type, sale or rent scope and the actual listing details, rather than assuming that a broad residential category is an apartment-only search. Compare what the advertiser actually states
Read the price together with its currency, and compare listings with similar locations and characteristics. An asking price is the advertiser's requested amount, not evidence of a completed sale. Missing information should be checked with the advertiser rather than filled in from assumptions.
Use the contact methods available in the advertisement or app. Being able to browse from outside Syria does not establish delivery, remote purchase, financing or any particular transaction service. Mubashar displays listings and connects searchers with advertisers; it does not sell the property or car on their behalf.
Publishing on Mubashar
Publishing property and car advertisements is free for everyone. The app is the main channel for account and listing management. Prepare the category, Syrian location, asking price and currency, photographs and description, then submit the listing and follow its status in your account.
Submission does not mean immediate public visibility: visibility depends on the listing's status and approval. Read the Arabic publishing and search guide for the current steps. Free publication does not establish that the transaction itself has no other costs.
